Support the Band with
Raley's & Bel Air Quality of Life Card
The Quality of Life Card is a paperless scrip program that makes it easy for you to support your PGH Band Boosters. If you do not have a card yet, please contact Am Nguyen at
am25942@yahoo.com or call 685-9487 to get one. Then you can register on-line and select which organizations you wish to support. Present your card to the cashier each time you shop and a percentage of your purchase will automatically be donated to the organizations you have chosen.
How to Register:
From the Home Page, click on "About Us"
Click
“Quality of Life Card” and follow the screen prompt.
Click on “Click here to activate your card." You will be prompted to fill out your name and address information, and make your selections as to where you want the store donation to go.
You may specify multiple organizations (such as a church, soccer group, and Pleasant Grove High Band Boosters). You will be asked to indicate what percentage you want to donate to each group – they must add up to 100%.
The card number is the first 11 digits on the back of the card, starting with 4 (do not include spaces and dashes).
Present your card every time you shop at any Raley’s affiliate store (even for coffee) before they are finished ringing your sale, and a portion of your money will go to the Band. Easy!
